REFUNDS
| If the project is canceled by me or the client before work has begun, a full refund (%100) will be given
I If the project is canceled as it is actively being worked on, the refunding percentages will vary based on my current progression

I If a project that I am working on is suddenly canceled, I have the right to re-make and reuse canceled and abandoned tracks for any future projects
I If a commission is canceled from my inability to complete it, a full refund will be given no matter how far along the track was

WORKFLOW
| I work best when given a clear theme and/or example with the ability for added freedom and customization
I I do not do remixes. Please do not ask me to do so
I I am more accustomed to cinematic and ambient music as well as background tracks for shows and games

You automatically agree with these terms by hiring me, commissioning, or adding me to a project with the intent of having me (Xono) produce/compose music. Failure to agree to these terms will result in legal action and/or cancelation, and blacklisting
